I don't think that Matthews would sell through BT Alex Brown. Although they have a Canadian Directory listing, they're not exactly the best known broker here.

Further, Terry is still the CEO, isn't he? As such, he'd be listed as an officer not just a director.

Info should show up on InsiderTrader within a day or so.
