Maurice,

I will use this opportunity to WASTE a post by responding publicly to a most FAQ via private message to me. The question is "what is considered off topic vs on topic?"

Since I am called all these names anyway, I mind as well do some of things that I am accused of.

If you are wondering if your post is off topic, it is definitely off topic.

If your post is intended for one person, then it is definitely off topic and you should use PM.

If your post has limited impact on QC, then it is definitely off topic.

If you are posting 4, 5, 6 or more times in a couple of hours, chances are all your post are off topic.

If your post has the word "golf" in it, it is definitely off topic.

Finally, since I am the thread Nazi (hmmm, a Chinese Nazi? I think I just heard Hitler rolled over in his grave), I grant myself my privilege of posting these reminder posts with no recourse.
