I know that virtually the whole country was conquered by them under Gengis Khan and that Kubla Khan was ruling when Marco Polo visited. After that, I am not familiar with the turns of events. I also know that they conquered India and the rulers known in history as Mogols were actually Mongols. I would appreciate you enlightening me on this. I admit that I do not have all the facts when it comes to the events during the period after Kubla. TD
