Is a change of management really imminent? Sim is a major shareholder and he's going to have to remove himself. You probably have a better insight into this chap: is he the sort to step aside, or is there going to be a long and protracted fight to stay in the chair? He is, after all, one of the founders, not just an employee. It must be difficult to admit that he's not the right man for the job. CREAF needs a Kim Edwards (the man who brought us the Zip drive) type of CEO to re-light its fire. For a while the man did wonders for IOM stock.
