Yes - I do believe e-commerce will be very big - in fact, I think it already is quite sizable. I believe, however, that e-commerce will be extremely competitive - much more competitive than it is at the moment. I don't believe that any one company, such as Amazon or Wal-mart, will dominate - I believe that intense competition will lead to many companies vying for position. And I believe that it is highly likely that web retail may evolve in the same manner as bricks & mortar retail, with different brands establishing strength in different retail categories.
