The example that comes to mind
immediately for me is Comp-USA,
I mean,
those dudes do several billion in Sales,
and Can't turn a penny profit,
and granted computer margins stink,
and i would'nt buy a hard drive company to save my life...
Buttttt....
Comp USA...
has absolutly no clue what they have inventory wise,
couldn't find it if their life depended on it....
and each store is different,,,
and it's like hey,
lets put an ID on the front door,
so at least the employee knows how to leave
at night,
i mean,
geeze ....
