Interesting rumor.... As I was reading that Barron's article earlier this evening it just jumped off the page at me that NITE would buy ASTN.... why develop your own ECN.... NITE can surely get the ASTN ATS the sort of market and volume to make this a sweet money machine... while all the competition is still in development/approval phase... If it happens I guess it will be for around $25-$28 ...
