But I think the big chunk of money from overseas will lift up the US stock market instead.

I guess it could lift the bond market (reducing yields), which in turn works for the stock market to move up-----or vice versa.

As you said we could have very short term selloffs late in the year. I disagree with your belief that we won't see a correction in the short term. IMHO, it is about to happen--could be this week or next---maybe even mid August. Of course i could be wrong.
