Bart, Some business and vacation out east will recharge the battery. Was out in New Jersey for biz, then took a ride down the Garden State Parkway to Atlantic City for some r & r. Even went to Philly and enjoyed the road construction <ggg>. Look what happens when I leave; the market goes to hell in a hand basket. What happened? Did Easy Al turn into a chameleon so fast? I knew that change to "neutral bias" on rates was a welcome honeymoon for newly installed Secretary Treasury Summers.<ggg> I guess the honeymoon is over. Best, J.T.
