Your estimate of $30M might be a good target price for GATED if the business begins to pick up or six months ago. Under current situation, it could be optimistic under current situation IMO. Only way to raise up the target is to attract other investors which is a part of reverse split objective.

Another variable is that the company may squeeze small investors more by converting the preferred stocks, and dilution may not be trivial.
