You are right Solution, that is alot of diapers. However, most of the Nets have extremely high valuation, IVIL is just another one. I think this company deserves a high valuation (what that number is I don't know) mainly because they target a quickly growing segment of the Internet population and they were capturing a good part of this audience. I remember when I bought it there was some numbers in some report stating that women were signing up for Internet access faster than any other group. I figured that if they could capture a good amount of these new and current women users, they could quickly gain eyeballs and thus raise their advertising revenue. This would in turn fuel the ecommerce, etc... They also have great backing and were first to market in being focused on women.
I not ony bought IVIL at 89, but also 72 and then again at 49 with the majority being bought at 49. IVIL is one of several Inets in my portfolio. I hope that we do not see a mass exodus in employees shares, but you are right and we probably will. I plan on holding each of these Inets in my account for a few years to see if they pan out. Did I make a bad call on IVIL? Only time will tell. Right now, it looks like I did make a bad call, but who knows where we will be in a year or two (maybe in the sh_tter). I can also say, however, that some of my other Inet stocks that I bought at the same time (like EXDS) have been performing very well and have offset the loses from IVIL.
Again, only time will tell.
