Jerome, No, your not missing a thing, except maybe $3/share you MAY not get. I have now idea what VECO will do, so I'll take the garrunteed $3 and leave the rest for Zeev. Although at this point, I do have some "non CC" VECO. I do expect a price jump, but long term we may just hover or drop to the low 20's. MArk
