I have taken all the questions and e-mailed them this morning to
MDCE. Hope we get some answers. Here is a list of what I send to them:

Dear, Gerry Berg & Erik Vidrio,

We the shareholders would like responses to the following investor related questions, as we understand there will be a meeting with management and your SEC attorney this week. Please
by all means, feel free to add any information you feel will be beneficial to the shareholders.

1. What is the total O/S?

2. What is the current Book Value?

3. What is the float?

4. How was the deal with MM-S done i.e. how many shares used for the deal?

5. What are their (MM-S) profits?

5. What are their ( MM-S) 1999 Projections?

6. What is the company's business plans?

7. What was the settlement with DFNL?

7. What assets stayed in MDCE, like the film library, etc?

8. What movie projects are being worked on?

9. What happen to the "9th Bullet"?

10. What is "Streaming.COM" that is listed on the company website?

11. When will we be fully reporting?

12. What is their current revenue/experience plan?

13. What is the status on the "Mind Ware" Project?

14. Will there be a Reverse Split?

15. When will there be an Investor Relations or PR firm line be setup?

16. When will we see news out on this company?

17. Are there other mergers being looked into?

18. When do you feel we will see a positive increase in the stock value?
