I had one of those messages last week from a very astute day trader. I agree with a lot of what you say, and frankly I think it would be time well spent to send your resume into MSFT for the PR department; I am impressed by your analysis.

Unlike AOL, MSFT is trying to gain entrance into new markets. Granted I still can't believe they let AOL have ICQ (I no longer use ICQ since AOL took it over and screwed it up)but overall I don't see much depreciation of stock or company value (which I have discovered are very different animals).

What is hard to see through and the nay sayers have a point, is that MSFT office products always arrive late and always with bugs. Now, we could look at it this way, job creation. After all, there is a small army of consultants who only work on MSFT problems. But on the other hand, the competition hasn't come up with anything to replace MS office.

Long and short of it, I'm long and short. I see the stock rising above 100 soon enough.
