Interesting spread product market this week again.

Malaysia's Petronas, Manila Elec, Philippines,Argentina, China Telecom and Brazil are coming to market competing with planned sales of Wal-Mart and Sun Microsystems. But in the background, the dollar's
getting hit, China was downgraded by S&P, Hong Kong's rating was left on negative watch and Argentina was given a negative outlook by S&P.
