RocketMan, as Gregory says, it does not matter that AOL is pushing ahead with DSL deals and good earnings. It is the perception in the market where investors think that AOL will be in the driver's seat, if and only if they have a broadband deal. However illogical that may sound. Now, there is a rumor around that AOL would soon sign a deal with ATT. I think the San Francisco vote is a forgone conclusion; they will vote to open up the access. At that point the pressure will be intensified for ATT and AOL to sign a deal. I would be surprised if there is gentle persuasion from the FEDs to do so. The FEDs find it uncomfortable to intervene.

So we just have to wait and see.
