Negotiations completed, IPVoice.com(tm) adds Canada to their network
IPVoice.com (OTC:BB-IPVC) announced today that it has signed a contract with MetroPlus Communications Technology, Inc., a division of NP Energy Corporation (OTC-BB: NPEC), granting MetroPlus exclusive marketing territories in 16 primary cities in Canada, Washington and Oregon.
The agreement adds MetroPlus as another TruePartner Master Distributor (TPMD) and is forecasted to add $48.0 million in additional revenues. The contract requires MetroPlus to produce at least $250,000 per each gateway installed, or $3 million per year per gateway.

Flat25 allows customers to call unlimited long distance minutes over the internet to Flat25 cities in the United States. In the coming weeks, IPVoice.com will announce deployment of these TrueConnect(tm) gateways, allowing customers to see the product for themselves.
