I'm sorry, but that's unlikely. Most mms balance their inventories at the end of each day, precisely to avoid being caught unawares by a sudden sharp price movement.

So I'd guess very few of them, if any, sustained significant losses. I'm sure that in any case they saw the writing on the wall before the SEC made its move.

When the suspension ends, if UPCA wants to trade again as an OTCBB stock, it has to find an mm willing to sign off on a Form 15c2-11. If one does, then other mms can piggyback on that. But to be realistic, I doubt any will take the risk. As dumbmoney (I think) pointed out earlier, historically very few stocks hit with SEC suspension ever trade again, except as pink sheets.
