I'm curious of what else you are basing your opinion of this company (EC02). A quick look at the latest quarterly report shows net loss more than tripling and eps going from (.21) to (.27). They've also issued over $5M in convertible debentures with conversion coming up. I'm no expert at reading financial statements, but this doesn't appear to be a good indicator of the company. Is this just a momentum move?
