Diva will remain VOD poster child until Time Warner and others begin the commerical deployment and the reporters have somebody else to talk with that is running a service.

Also, as I have stated before, most CIO's and CTO's have been caught up in a dual battle. On one side they have the Y2K issues and on the other they have the task of upgrading their systems while employing new technologies and integrating a web/e-commerce strategy. By the second half of 2000, I think video systems (including VOD applications, internet/intranet video conferencing and video integration with existing applications)will become a major source of productivity gains in corportate America and will be viewed as an important information technology area. This enviornment will prove lucrative for the server crowd, the software application crowd and our friends at Intel and PowerPC folks who love any application that requires more CPU power.

CCUR is already in the thick of this market. Applications will be created that we have not even considered yet. With the 90 to 100 million from the sale of RT, Corky can invest in other areas such as video conferencing or developing a next generation Mediahawk. I love CCUR's positon in this game.
