Monday July 26, 9:40 am Eastern Time P-Com delays Q2 results, conference call NEW YORK, July 26 (Reuters) - P-Com Inc., a maker of network access systems for the wireless market, said Monday it was still reviewing its second-quarter financial statements and would delay release of its earnings. The company said in a statement it also was delaying a telephone conference call scheduled for Monday. It will be rescheduled. Further details were not immediately available. The company said last month it had entered into seven agreements to sell a total of 10 million newly issued shares for $40 million. The shares were priced at a discount. In April, P-Com said it would trim about 10 percent of its workforce in a new round of job cuts. The company's shares closed Friday at 5-9/15.
