I am sick and tired of the BS from the company following sent to Playboy, plus I am calling the accountants listed in the last SEC to see if PMGIF has submitted any financials that are required prior to SEC filing. This really is a POS right now in my opinion and all bets are off this will go up or down; I am NOT dumping and am holding my position - someone is accumulating and I want information. everyone else do what you feel comfortable with. Stuart, it appears that you may have reached a dead end in contacting this company that has
filed with the SEC indicating they have an exclusive contract with Playboy/Spice as you have
failed to respond and return my email/call. Please refer to your phone conversation with me
concerning PMGIF/McNamara et al wherein you indicated you would inquire and provide me
with the results of your discovery.

To date, you have not provided the information requested; I have written to Mr. McNamara
and requested he file the requisite reports with the SEC or file bankruptcy. Doesn't matter to
me, NOW, as I have given Mr. McNamara plenty of time to come up with an explanation. It is
worth it to me to see that Mr. McNamara file the correct documentation publicly or not file at
all, so we as investors can make an intelligent decision based on FACTS, not some false
and/or useless information filed with the SEC.

I am a shareholder of 64,000 PMGIF shares and demand an explanation for the moving of 1/2
million dollars from PMGIF to his Celebrity movie making operation and to find out what they
are doing with the revenues received from Playboy/Spice.

You should be aware that the company had been delisted from the canadian exchange not too
long ago, and in March 1999 reinstated - reason: financial instability. The company had to file
something to substantiate their 'credibility' with the exchange in Canada and evidently with
Playboy/Spice, as they were relisted in Canada and Playboy/Spice engaged in a fiduciary
contract.

All I want is a number you have that works to Mr. McNamara - the number he provided to the
SEC is worthless and they have been made aware of these current discrepancies since your
last phone call to me. Your immediate attention to this matter would be appreciated.

I would like an operating number to your 'partner' to verify such a contract does exist along
with a copy of the documentation your company files with the SEC outlining that same
contract.

Cordially,

Jacalyn M. Deaner

Dear Stuart, please refer to the information below and let me know what you have found
out
or dug up on PMGIF and their participation at the cyberspice website as they filed their
association described in the documentation provided you and provided in the SEC filings.

Your attention to this matter has been greatly appreciated, Sincerely,

Jacalyn M. Deaner
Dear Stuart, thank you for calling me this afternoon; below please find links to the web
sites where you can find the SEC
filings to date along with a "thread" where the research has led to me writing to SPICE.
Please see the text from hoover's to see what the reference to Spice by PMGIF is, that
sentence is included in their
filings with the SEC.

I appreciate your getting to the bottom of this; PMGIF has been noncommunicative and
this needs to be addressed
immediately. Either the affiliation is real - that they are designing your website and are
entitled to proceeds on a
percentage, or they are not entitled to anything; that you mentioned you are only aware
of some "hardcopy" Spice TV
guide - that is not what they have filed nor had published in their company description at
Hoover's.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, please call me anytime. Sincerely,
Jacalyn M. Deaner
