Ellen, the 10th of July was for Compass Data per the news release from 2 weeks ago, ""BNEZ shareholders will receive one share of each of the spin off corporations for every ten shares of BNEZ. The record date of the spin-offs is July 24, 1999. "" it is now to late to buy BNEZ stock and get shares in the spin-offs, the company is trimming its excess baggage, hopefully in the best interest of the current shareholders to get the most for the company and for the new prospective owners, if there are any. Ellen, the record date for the 3 spin offs was July 24th, so if you didn't own by last friday, it is to late now. mitchell
