Thanks for the welcome. What I sometimes do after a stock runs up is to sell only enough shares to recover my initial investment and a small profit and let the rest ride, some call that using house money. Then if it should happen to pull back I quit often will repurchase shares if my outlook is still bullish. On the other hand and if the stock continues to rise I will many sell small amounts of the shares remaining until I am down to say ½ to 1/3 of my original purchase and then just sit back. Anyway that is one of the ways I play a stock that I believe will continue to be a winner.
