On the basis of what do you believe we have established a new downtrend in Xicor? Not only do I not see it in the tape but the
fundamentals have improved so dramatically that anyone who bothers to look will see what Steve and I do, as he eloquently put it in the last paragraph of his post #2356.

In my opinion it will not be easy to buy any material amount of stock
at $4.00 or below.
