I agree with you on many points but I have a question: Tell me If you were getting sued would you stop working?? Not I!!! I have to pay my atty bills!!! And why is the company spending so much money??..On What!! But what actual gold have we seen in the past year.. Were they producing before the guido report?? But why stop..We need something to pay the bills.. Who has paid the lawyer bills?? Dilution? Shareholders?? Tell Me what has accomplished in one year.. You might say great reports, Settling with SEC,,ect ect.. Thats great!! But One question lingers -- Does the Investing Public, banks, and analysts believe the reports?? One Answer "No" --If they did then the stock price would justified this and the sec would allow us to trade on the bb.. And There would be Money people lining up in front of the cricket thicket!! Yes Im fustrated..Just like everyone else.. Remember Eric Parde buying SUNR shares as a protest buy!!! So did I.. I own hundreds of thousands of shares of MYNG... Im not a small time shareholder.. So now we wait and see for another report.. As eric says - In 1999 We will be millionares or our shares will worthless.. One man is in charge of that current fate - Terry Turner.. My faith is in him and thats why Im still with this company.. Everyone from time to time must vent and now its my turn... Im not bashing the company just letting my fustrations vent.. Larry in miami
