*The prospectus lists them being more in bed with Nortel as vendor and not a user of LU equipment, but I am not sure if this Allwave fiber implies a a certain vendors (LU) equipment or it is just a fiber thing and they are orthogonal issues.*

It a fiber thing . . . I am in the process of verifying what I have been told.
