Invariably they will see competition. Fortunately, as investors in VRSA, we have four advantages at this point:

1) First to market with one-stop-shopping state of the art broadband (what a mouth full). Competition detailed in the prospectus does not have the comprehensive services that VRSA provides.

2) Competition is primarily government behemoths with copper cages as “assets” (indicates a constrictive cost structure).

3) Demand for broadband is rocketing ahead. Competitors and VRSA alike will have their hands full selling services, much less worrying about competition stealing clients.

4) Large installed base for data services (I'm talking about revenues here, not clients).
