I'm accused of being a doom-sayer on a regular basis these days, but when Constitutional Rights are twisted, contorted, and manipulated to suit the agendas of a failed law enforcement system, I feel that my views are (at least partially) justified.

I've heard about a state supreme court ruling somewhere that has essentially infringed upon one's Fifth Amendment Right to self-incrimination. I believe that it had something to do with the refusal to submit to field sobriety and breathalyzer(sp?) tests during suspected D.U.I./D.W.I. traffic stops.

I freely admit that I am no Constitutional law expert, but it would seem to me that, although drunk driving has reached epidemic proportions in this country, the choice to submit to any sobriety tests should ultimately be up to the suspected drunk driver.

Eventually, (possibly under martial law circumstances), the United States Constitution will be abolished.

Welcome to The New World Order!
