"unlikely to go public before September" means there is a good chance NETR will not go public in 1999. I am not joking when I say this. The final SEC forms have not been filed. Everen is in confusion. NAVR is shopping for underwriters. The road trip has to be scheduled and take place. There is going to be a hiatus in IPOs the end of the year (because of the Y2K thing).

People, I was jesting when I said NAVR should hold off until December so people could get long instead of short term games. Now it looks like my jest was looking into a crystal ball and seeing the future.

I do not expect NETR to go public until 2000. There is just too much confusion and not enough time if IPOs are going to temporarily stop the end of the year.

Another Christmas to spend on the NAVR thread.
