Just a note: Went to look at the property myself yesterday and yes it is in an upgraded condition. The front of the lot has been leveled and plowed to grade and the grounds are cleaned up. A little manicuring would do wonders. The units that were in poor condition are hte same with the center grounds actually lookin pretty good...heckk the pool was even clean! A little heavy equipment debris left but neatly at curbside fo rpick up. A commercial grounds keeping force could actually make it look "good" by cutting the grass, edging, removing old weathered signs, paint, etc. Anyway, there has been work done that is very apparent. Have been quite dissapppointment in progress but have come to realize the fact that it is highly posible htat mgt. just are not great negotiators or closers. The property is certainly hot however and has some good neg. value if utlized property. Take care
