Lance: Much appreciate the detailed report on the ground. In the distance, Chile: Chile is a bit more complicated than a build out problem. The company in partnership was part of a larger company that was losing money badly. LWIN's takeover of the whole works made sense in order to start over in effect. The key will be when and if LWIN finds a Chilean partner with money, political influence and management savy - probably in that order. Time will tell. But this could be very good - one of the few foreign operations where $s can be repayed into US. Chaz
