Any "proof" that Medinah might have regarding alleged shorting by Dayton or related parties certainly will be a matter of public record when the Day Vs. Medinah Gold court cases come to trial. In the meantime, consider this scenario......if Dayton did indeed short
Medinah and failed to cover their position prior to issuance of Medinah Gold share dividend-Dayton will be liable....they will or their broker-Nesbit will have to come to a settlement in regards to a value on Medinah Gold shares. If their short position was quite large-there is a nice chance that Dayton will not be able to come up with the cash to make settlement-ie go bankrupt.
They only proof I offer to the thread today is the current shareprice of Dayton-hit a 52 week low this morning despite two quarters of record production. Insiders control shareprices and obviously they are well aware of
events at Dayton. The word "dire" comes to my mind in describing the situation at Dayton. Cheers.
