This thread is getting more ridiculous by the day! So we now have 1 market maker witha 950,000 short position? Hah! M. Rhetorik is sending emails like that to investors in GIFS? Pathetic. (Of course assuming it was really Mike R.) From Mike R. email: << The completion of these 3 steps will clear the way for NASDAQ or AMEX listing... >> It was my understanding that GIFS stated they had "pre-approval" from NASDAQ and the only thing holding them back was the stock price. I don't think that GIFS said they would have a "Big 6" audit completed by the end of the year, but they did IMPLY in the conference call that they would have one selected by then.
