Yes, you are correct for once: the NASD and the SEC will both be involved in ZSUN from what you say. Although, it will have nothing to do w/ FAHN and everyhting to do with ZSUN itself.

BTW, just because I know far more than YOU, that does not make me a broker (in fact, most logical people would say it prevents me from being one since most of them leave something to be desired when it comes to knowledge).

In fact, I am not a broker. As for an insider, well tell me what that means and I answer the French inquisition. If it means knowledgable and on working relationships with entities such as the SEC and reputable research firms, well then yes, that would make me an insider. One thing is for sure though Frenchie: I don't know or talk to any "PR" firms of any shape or kind.
