Burgoo, It's now July. If RDRAM appear in consumer PC's in July 2000, we'll have an entire 1/2 of a year (including the holiday season) to build the business. I think we could finish the year with a run rate of 50% of the DRAM market (run rate, not share for the entire year), especially when you remember that higher-end systems use up much more memory than the low-end specials (see the recent post re: memory usage by system). We'll know in 18 months. But what about the good news that Compaq has been trying for a year to get the industry to move RDRAM into the consumer PC? No comment? That really was excellent news. Thanks again for bringing that to our attention. Dave
