I don't think Waterhouse is concerned about propping the stock up. It looks like the market is saying that the IPO price shouldn't have been pushed up. Waterhouse was able to unload a lot of stock at an inflated IPO. They are now wallowing in cash and will probably wait until this little correction has settled down before and/or if they decide to repurchase their stock.
