Hello Louis I believe you're correct that they're attempting to legitimize the company.However,for long standing shareholders it means more pain ahead. Everything seeme to be riding on their new encrypton technology which little is known about. It hasn't been demonstrated to work as far as I know. They remain pretty tight lipped about it.As you, I'm in until I find out more,however,I remain dubious. This one will remain a show me stock for a while to come yet. Good luck.
