There are a lot of eyes on this group to see if they can get together fast enough to put forth anything of consequence to ANSI. They've fought hard to get this far, and now the pressure is on to deliver a document. It sounds like they are making some progress, but it needs to be faster to give CAP better standing relative to the ongoing DMT standards development.
There is a lot to digest here, and TeleChoice cannot fathom to analyze it all in a moment, but we'll be covering this in next month's issue of The TeleChoice Report on xDSL so be sure to grab your issue when it comes in the mail.
