Michael,
I welcome your debate here. It is clear you sold your stock and are providing the reasons you think it was worth selling. It is common for people that buy stock to be emotional about why they bought. And it is common for people who sold to be emotional about why they sold.

I am sure we all have our own anecdotes. One of my own is with regards to Jabil circuit. I read all about JBIL after they announced great earnings and it was sitting at $12/share. The fundamentals were impressive but the stock drfited down a bit after these great earnings. People on the thread on AOL talked about the problems with management. They invented remarkable scenerios as what the problems were and many sold the stock at a loss. After sitting for another month or two, the stock began moving and is now trading around $40/share. I didn't buy because I assumed there had to be something wrong if the fundamentals looked that good, and the stock was that low.

I also bought AMTX at $6/share and watched it move back and forth between $5 and $9. Each time it approached $5, the doom and gloom appeared about how the technology (ADSL) had no real future. I happily (luckily) sold at $25 and $32/share

This stock would be comfortably undervalued with a P/E of 30 - giving a price of 24$/share now and $36/share at the end of the year. Why isn't the stock higher? My opinion is that the stock ran out of buyers near $9/share because the only people that really understand the strong growth and the fundamentals are those reading threads here and on AOL. One can not find out much about this company in the usual places. And they are working to correct that.

I recently convinced my mom to buy some of this stock. Her broker at Dean Witter could get no information on it to make a serious recommendation one way or the other. To me, this is the problem that the company must address.

The stock has fallen back to near 7 on much lower volume than on the way up. I do not see evidence of large block sells like the buys we saw on the way up. I am loaded up on this stock, but ii does not surprise me that those waiting to buy are looking for a clear bottom. Let us see how it moves as we approach the next earnings coming in a couple weeks.

I agree that this PR firm seems a bit hokey. However, they do indeed place ads in a variety of visable places and have a nationwide radio show. I am confident of the story, it just needs to get out there. I called the PR firm today but hope to be talking to the CEO of the firm tomorrow and will get a better idea.

As far as the dilution, I am not sure of the equation that was offered investors. Personally, I would rather have a small amount of dilution than see large debt. The CEO is comfortable with $1.20 in spite of any dilution, so I am not worried about its effects.

Anyway, this is the style of investing I like most. Others prefer momentum investing. Others prefer to reamin in large caps. I am quite confident I will do quite well with my investment here. I think this stock is fairly resistant to any market correction, has a very small downside and tremndous upside.

Good luck in your own investments.
David
