Q v. MOT; seems like you need to get hold of the exhibits to the complaint, i.e., the copy of the Patent License Agreement. Perhaps the complaint references a confidentiality clause as the basis for not attaching it to the court clerk's--i.e., public file. The investor/investee relationship of MOT to Telular makes the complaint all that more intriguing. You know MOT is heard loud and clear in Telular's board room. Regards. Steven
