You are a fool. IPOs can be shorted. If your broker won't let you do that, then I suggest you change to one that will.

But still, that does not detract from the fact that you are blind to how pathetic MP3.com is as a business. Market cap of 1.8Billion with sales of 740k..... lol... keep on dreaming for $70.
