Wierdness on and after the close. I noticed a 20,800 share sale at 4 5/16 cross time and sales after the close, followed by 1000 shares at 4 1/8. ZICA closed at 4 3/8. What gives here ? MM manipulation ? Bid at 4 11/32 ask at 4 3/8
