Jack, this Tues. May 28, 1996 PRST filed an S-3 with the SEC for which
a prospectus was included for a secondary offering of 282,846 shares.

In the filing, PRST has to list all 144 (unregistered) stock so the public
will know the quanitity of the stock and be able to asess the risk. Approx.
50% of the stock is held by gentlemen named Oxley and his foundation.

All of this information is public and can be accessed through Edgar or from
PRST investor relations.
