True!However, the last I got from Rock offices was that the government was still talking, had not broken off talks, and had moved the talks to a higher official in the government. So they are between a "rock and a hardplace", talks are progressing, the tough call is trying to determine if they are just stalling, or there is a seriousnes in their talks.......my bet is we still reach the point where we say "see you in court"!!
