Charles:
TTRI was incorporated in British Columbia under the British Columbia Companies Act, but at the AGM in October 1997, they passed a motion to operate under the Canada Business Corporations Act. This was officially done on Dec 2 of the same year. This was noted to be voted on,in the proxies sent out that year.

What was not noted in the proxies documentation, but apparently passed at the AGM, was the insidious lifting of the 100 million share limit to an unlimited number of shares.
The passing of this was not told in a press release and it only slowly became evident to many shareholders.

Do you have any comments on the above?

Regards,

Sheldon
