The plan is August, and its supposed to be integrated w/ information from Dr. Koop's site as well, and vis versa on Dr. Koop. Drugstore's bump up in price has apparently bumped the value of DEMP likewise. If you read the article you'd notice that its expected the drugstore biz online is going to be 4x the size of books, and the brick & mortar part of the equation favors DEMP because of the current environment dictates it as necessary (which forced Drugstore to give it self away to RiteAid). That being said, look for someone to swoop in on DEMP soon, imo, as I'm assuming they are holding out 'till the Drugstore IPO/new website rollout to command a higher takeout price.
