I couldn’t find Aware’s patents on ADSL. Rupert, Are you sure Aware has patents on DWMT? I just searched patent database for both Aware and Mr. Tzannes (Chief Technology Officer of Aware, the co-author of the papers on DWMT). I couldn’t find Aware’s patents on DWMT. Also I did not see any reference to patents or proprietary technologies on their website. If they have some patents pending, I would be surprised if they do not mention them. I’d appreciate your response. Wayne
