After I read Greg Moeffi's presentation (at msft website), I can
see why stock is falling. Signals he reiterates:

(a) Revenues growth between 14% - 19% (half to 2/3rds) for FY00
(b) Lower EPS growth from higher costs
(c) Put strikes at 63 - 65 [MSFT thinks current price is way too high]
(d) Buybacks have been reduced in # of shares

I think big funds are selling after listening to the presentations.
