Thomas, I'm sure most buyers did consider the outages nothing more than inconveniences, especially since so much of the merchandise on ebay is 'nonessential' (collectibles, etc). But it is an entirely different story for sellers like Doug who depend on ebay for all or part of their incomes.

At any rate, it's good to hear from a satisfied user.
